How? revenue down, earnings down, license re-ups down...the only thing up was new accounts...care to guess just how aggresively ORCL booked revenue on those?

all of it versus what the market expected.

Guidance will be the key and that comes in the conference call.

It's their end of year -- Q4 in the SW industry is always the biggest and typically most productive...it must. What's their y over y...? They had their reps working over-time discounting every deal to get the deals done, not uncommon. Probably gave the database software away to get the CRM and other app sw purchased. Did they give away the store...? we''ll see in Q1.
