Okay, thanks for your explanation... you say you are sure, but you have no clear evidence except that you are sure of it... everything in court must stand on evidence.....

Is the "ban" a violation of any law? What papers? Is it unlawful to withhold papers? With mere probably cause those papers could be obtained by subpoena... so, what do you expect to find in those papers and what is so vital about them? Are there any criminal charges that can be brought forward right now?

Please don't take my post as being playful, I'm dead serious, but an investigation only survives on evidence... being sure and being suspicious may be all well and good, but you need to provide something concrete to justify probable cause.....

Our friend Raymond has already given up without even trying to present his case... I was an Officer for the State of Florida and I conducted thousands of high level investigations throughout my career service with the State before I retired... I always reviewed my evidence through the eyes of the defense lawyers because that's who was going to challenge my findings... so if I appear to be defending Cheney, I'm only testing the strength of your evidence.....

Thanks, now let's proceed.....
