The various lawsuits filed in Nevada are proceeding. Yup they are, Neuman dismissed on I believe April 15. Why is that not in the legal update?

medinahminerals.com Jeff it may have been on one of these PRs from Medinah, I'd have to research my data base for copies of the actual court documents, give me a week and I'll post them. I doubt the original filing is stil valid, and my guess would be now that Tony's back is against the wall Medinah will refile against all those John Does and named aliases...of course the fife mil has to be found first....
