Sure sounds like it.

They claim dresden is running flat out.

And all wafer starts going to 0.13 next quarter ( with much smaller die size) so CPU's manufactured should be going up 50% per quarter.

All the while there is HUGE inventory.

All the while hammer systems not due on the shelf till Q1 03.

Frankly something sure smells bad about AMD.

And they are not being forthright and are being clearly misleading.

It would be much better for them to stop lying and just bitch about the overall market.

Jim- This may be another delay. What happened to the October release?

This is most definitely not a slip. AMD has never said anything beyond Q4. The October date is coming from other sources.

AMDs engineers are starting to look like the keystone cops at a stoplight fire drill.

Jeez, Elmer and Tony said you were a droid? The blindly negative tone of many of your posts makes you a good candiate for the basher side.
