Also I might add in response to "who would they attack" that if things got that bad they might attack Arab countries who support or shelter the terrorists.

India makes noises about attacking Pakistan despite the fact that Pakistan has nukes and the fact that the damage done by Pakistani supported terrorists is a lot less then the types of damage Bilow and I where talking about. (Which was at different points "1 suicide bomber per day", 4,000 to 40,000 dead per year, or "enough to threaten the existence of Israel")
