Windsock:

Wow, the DOJ is really getting out of control with their corporation-killing tactics. They're now complaining that the actions of memory-chip makers (and separately, Rambus) are hurting consumers. Compared to the computer industry, in what other industry have prices to consumers plunged more sharply? Consumers are hurt? - give me a break!

Hi Windsock, what do you make of the Antitrust claims against Micron?

Is the government getting out of control here?

Putting my entrepreneur's hat on, if anyone has a right to complain about memory prices, I should, right?

But I have more of an issue with the government wasting management's time at the memory companies, than I do with the price of memory.

What is up with the government these days? They really seem to be getting a bit excessive in targeting high-tech and kicking them when they're down. Or am I missing something here?

How is Enron?

Regards,
Amy J
