You misunderstand 180 degrees.

This administration is galluping towards an all-powerful central government. It is now in place, for all practical purposes.

My post was about the requirement for an open government, as the key to successful non-fascist government. All agencies' information belongs to the people, not to themselves, as they seem to think.
