that's why i thought we'd start a few days before next week, too late for everyone to hop on when it's more obvious what's going to happen, or else like you say it may not look good for shorts

What happens next week in regards to MSFT? The judge isn't supposed to rule until September. MSFT's been outperforming the market by a significant margin the past couple of weeks.
