Sept lows out on NDX THEN i LOOK FOR the bounce NEAR 950. I think NdX could go lower because of rescent companies added and deleted, changes within the Index

Nasdaq-100 looks to have failed the retest of the Sept lows and that is really, really bad news for longs. OTOH COMPX is still about 3% above the lows, so the question is which index is more important for tech? It's not true to say that all the support levels have gone but the NDX action is very ominous. If there is another downleg in tech I think it will be the last but I also think it will end with techinvestors in total despair.

As far as the S+P 500 that is still about 4% above the lows of Sept, so it hasn't really begun to test its lows yet.

I suppose it is possible to imagine the SPX retest succeeding while NDX continues in a bear market?
