<Based on some very rough ballpark calculations, it appears that, at today's stock price> I agree. <Pan American has lopped about 20% off their bid price.> But I see 10%, 15% max. I agree with your calculations except for what the warrants will be traded at (assuming $12 on PAA). My bet is that they will be closer to $6 than to $3. And your are right, they will be evry illiquid... and subject to high volatility and high premiums. EVerybod will want to hold onto them.
