My big question about real estate is can the boom continue, my friend and I just got in a huge fight the other night about it, her home just appraised out at 750,000.00 I put my foot in my mouth, told her to take the money and run. This is a very nice home in a good area, but its just a normal middle class, 2 car garage,little yard, that sits right behind a train track. When she is on her deck you cant talk cause the train is so loud. I have written this before on this thread also, that my sister is looking to buy a townhome and cant find anything nice for 500,000.00, and So how can this continue with business laying off ceo's etc. I just dont see how in 10 years people who bought my friends Nancy's house for 750,000 could get over a million for it, Call me crazy, but something just aint right in this picture.

Morning Bo: Having nice weather here near Ft Worth. Full moon, near 70 deg this morning. Am getting acclimated to the 90's Market is the pits- If one had more money where would one put it in the market? Could be the next Enron and the more at risk the bigger worry and potential loss We probably have a better chance with less money as the very rich are now playing it safe with little potential gain. Wish we could think of one stock that we could get behind and have fun pushing. Tsco is as close as I can come and I feel Brli can hold together. I am going to play the game as tho the market is going down but will hold some stocks anyway.. My MO puts are a triple in two days. I may short some more, possibly KO ,MRK,or SCH, perhaps go long on Tyco. Good luck Sig
