They gave India military traing which may be considered military aid. And they provided Pakistan economic aid thereby neutralising the aid they gave to India. And do you assign blame to them for the conflict? I don't know which conflict you are talking about. I am assuming the Israeli/Palestenian conflict. The terrorists have opened up several fronts in their war, Israel/Palestine, India/Pakistan, Abu Sayyaf in the Phillipines and Egypt will be next. Now if you are asking for proof, no I don't and if I say I don't does not mean it is not happening. It is easy to draw conclusions and connect the dots from various news reports.
