EC might be amused by them stating that exposing sulphides to oxygen generates sulphuric acid -g- ... isn't it sulphurous acid ... h2so3 as opposed to h2so4 which is the 'ic' ... i could be wrong on this, but that too could amuse EC -g- .... of course it would still be acidic, lowering the pH, and harmful to fish above some level of concentration, tailings must be contained for this reason
