US must drill for oil, look for alternative fuels and conserve. Actually we have enough shale oil to last for hundreds of years and, I believe, the technology to convert it...I'm not sure we have the will. It would be expensive and a huge commitment of financial resources. Not so sure about Sadam...This is a monster who has mass gassed his own people. It is difficult to afford him human qualities, particularly, as he is developing weapons of mass destruction and a means for delivery.
