RD, if these shorts want to play hardball, maybe Worldcom should immediately draw down that $1.5b that will soon expire and do a massive stock buyback. Then they screw those shorting banks and investment houses working to drive Worldcom into bankruptcy. Maybe they can then offer those $5+shares bought back as collateral for the new loans? <LOL>

It's amazing to see a fourth of this company disappear on something Grubman says. He has about as much credibility as one of the Clintons. regards

Anyone find it amusing that people are listening to Grubman now?

Given his track record......yes!! However, I think the drop in WCOM's price is due more to the general unease than Grubman's downgrade.
