No one can find those caveats from the campaign... but they CAN find plenty of statements where he made stirring promises about no deficits, and not ever touching Social Security receipts by transferring them to the general revenue accounts. >>> So now he's claiming all these prescient-looking statements, but no one can find them (not even the White House, which has been asked repeatedly).
