Usually they demand higher wages than immigrants. Makes sense, considering where immigrants come from.

Sun is being sued by former employees who think that's unfair, that somehow citizens ought to have special privileges over foreigners who are willing to do more for less.

Charles, my thoughts exactly. I say let the market decide. If a head of lettuce need to cost $3 then that's what it should cost. No business should be subsidised by illegal activity. All this cheap, illegal labor is causing the market to not increase efficiency and innovation. Eventually, this will catch up with us.
