You can run her out of your bridge club if you want. Some other bridge club might do otherwise. It's a matter of community standards. People will choose to associate with her or not, or to associate with her with reservations. Presumably she is suffering from the trauma of what she felt she had to do. Some might show her mercy. Mercy was one of your instrumental values, was it not? The point is that she is not a danger to her bridge partner or her next door neighbor.
