Actually Briefing.com has been getting progressively more negative. This is probably a good thing. The more bearish we all are the more likely it is that the bearishness will be proven to be wrong.

For now however they are right. Last night they recommended shorting this recent rally in some of the large cap semiconductors. That would have been a good idea. But the real question is how long will that be a good idea?

It's funny, but back in the "old" days, pre-1980, 13 of 15 days down was deemed to be urgent selling and an approaching buy signal. So now we have 13 of 15 weeks.
