my concern is that they are holding the buy button back for the really bad news then whammo! green green green on what should be a big down day...we have seen that enough times to fear it...

a couple of the more recent rallies look like they were thus inspired -- I think of it like seeding clouds for rain -- sometimes the sheeple (fundies, etc) jump on for the ride after the signal is given, if they think it will hold, but they are tired of getting burned -- maybe??
