RE:"I think it may be time to get out of stocks completely."

Why didn't I do that 2 years ago...

Jim, why didn't we all?

This is incredible. Corporate America's motto.....you can't make your numbers, then cook the books. The worst part about is is there are probably honest corporate managers out there but how do you discern who they are? This stinks bad.

EDIT. Oh well, forget tomorrow.........MU just reported a loss on declining revenue when the street was expecting a gain. Now we know the Naz will crash big time tomorrow.......and the DOW won't be doing too well either.

I was on my daily walk about a week ago. I was about to pass two elderly gentlemen. One said, "You have to be nuts to hold stocks, today. Buy CD's. They give you back your money and a little more besides".

I chuckled to myself and a couple days later bought some WCOM at $1.21. It's hard to pick a stock that goes down 75% in three days. Does anyone want to buy my pick list so they can go the other way?

Fortunately, it was just a little bit. I should have trusted his judgment.
