Normally, the information I gather can pinpoint a market turn on the day or within a few days. Monday was the day. However, Monday's and Tuesday's action was a major failure. When something doesn't work, I discard it. I am back to plain old tape reading and the tape is--well ugly.

Well, as I yawn and stretch and blink my eyes several times to see the monitor more clearly, I do see a sort of a global market blood letting where the French CAC is down more than 13%, the Stockholm OMX Index is down more than 23%, and all the other markets spinning into some sort of crash mode...

Yes, good morning, Chip, I did sleep very well last night in fact, and this morning I'll be getting ready for my morning walk/run...

I think all supports will eventually break, although we may see some kind of bounce even at these levels... I'll probably stay short until September.....

QCOM is in deep trouble after having reported 3.8 billion in fraudulent earnings, I suspect merely the tip of the iceberg.....
