Thank You for updating your position on the forward projections and that they have not indicated a reversal.

My work still suggests a bottom and trend change should occur by July 10.

Been making some headway in approaching the ARMs data. The first charts break out the 3 components and look at the internals. Also have plotted adv/decln against each other for a day by day look at volatility.

Next I'll be looking for patterns that point to peaks and bottoms. As an example the double back to back days below 2.00... are often indicators of a low within a few days.

After Sept01 the players bought every piece of bad news right up through some hard stuff. But since March02 those same players have been selling every piece of news. The psychology of these markets changed with Enron and the exposure of modern corporate accounting practices. Coupled with the nonexistent leadership from O'Neill and we have a continued slow bleed. Today's announcement about associated banking practices to Enron.... is ominous.
