It is a good thing that Andersen will be out of business.

I disagree. At least at Anderson we knew who not to trust. Now those criminals are on the street working for new auditing firms. Some may even end up at KPMG. Oh the irony of uncovering their own mistakes. It's like closing a prison and opening the gates. "You're all a bunch of criminals now get out of here!"

the accountants at andersen are just moving in masse to other big accounting firms- it is similar to when the catholic church transferred pedophile priests to a different parish
