Well, you demonstrate your inability to understand facts very well. Perhaps you want to go back and research the tenure of Lay? That was his second time stepping down, this time after only a few months. I am not defending Lay, I am defending justice. you want to hang people just because the democratic mantra of hate says so and so is guilty. I want criminals to go to jail, and if Lya is guilty, then I hoep he goes to jail. I am willing to wait for a trial, though. Unlike you fascist bastids who just want to haul everyone into jail that Big Brother tells you belongs there.

"I'm certain Lay has something on Cheney; therefore Lay is, so far, immune from prosecution" You should be ashamed of yourself for basing arguments on emotional suspicions instead of facts. Maybe you are too dumb to tell the difference between fact and speculation, but my guess is that it reflects more on your lack of honesty than lack of intelligence. Surely you know that your logic above is completely bogus. Or do you?
