If WCOM goes BK, does MCIT go with it or can it survive? As I recall, MCIT still has positive cash flow. Any chance of reversing the decision to reconsolodate the two tickers and keeping MCIT as a separate entity?

btw - Bernie should get his severance package revoked and thrown in jail with the other involved. (JMO)

I can't image there won't be some sort of penalties for filing false records with the SEC and IRS. But I am new to this so I digress.
