I always thought Ebbers had two things in common with a clown but I could only figure out what the first one was...
it was trying to wear shoes that were too big for him.

Now I know what the second one was...juggling books while trying to keep his balance.

Obviously, with all that pie on his face he makes a real clown look like a better CEO.

If the company goes bankrupt, he'll lose the $1.5M for life, $750K for the wife, insurance, and jet.

But will he have to pay back the $500M dollar loan? I'd like to get some money or SOMETHING for my shares.

Anyone know if Ebbers' wife is hot?

Ebbers' resigns with the following
A loan for about 500 million at 2.32%
1.5 million a year for life
750,000 a year for the wife
Medical and Life Insurance for life
Use of the corporate jet

With the latest disclosure, I bet this benefit package gets altered significantly.
