They are not selling MSFT for a couple of reasons.
It is a component of all indicies. Need to prop them up.
It has plenty of cash and is a "safe" stock they all floc to. It also has held up well and funds like to own what other funds own. Can't let anyone get ahead you know.

I am waiting for the day MSFT warns to remove this bastion of nonsense.

Won't sell MSFT? I think insiders have bought at mkt 760 shares cumulative total in the past 3 years. All they've done is sell. And Gates/Allen's sales doubled in the past 18 months.

Sure, institutions hold, because they're the last to know... such devoted spouses are they! but window dressing ends Friday. Then we'll see the soiled laundry.

Proposed new slogan: "Microsoft - that scarlet letter A stands for Accounting, too."

Litigation, Arrogance, lower X-Box sales. The fourth shoe is due for the beast and Desenex won't fix this un.

T2:

AMAT has already taken some of the expected lumps, but it still has a ways to go. As for MSFT, I don't mess with it (yet) as there are much weaker "mortally wounded" out there to target.

Best, earlie
