Do you know offhand whether LWIN is still restricted as a "desinated entity" from issuing additional equity interest to QCOM.

I was wondering whether it would be an option for QCOM to buy the vendor paper and convert it into equity or longer term debt issued by LWIN.

Something negative out on LWIN today? Market doing much better than the stock, which I thought was holding up well the last week or so in down market.
