Barton Biggs is onto something. Another point is that strong have got stronger in the last 2 years bloodbath. GE, MSFT, IBM may have lost 50 percent of their value, but they are still standing strong - GE/MSFT have actually seen their revenues UP! The market turn is near. The world is not going to hell - only WorldCom! Osama is either dead or will be caught soon. U.S. - the mightiest nation in the history of mankind is not about to let go of leadership - doomsayers are stretched too far out there - it is time to BUY the big caps !!!

Biggs is always a week or two early, IMO. He called the April 01 bottom too, but if I remember right, early by about a week.
