Are you denying that you didn't try to make some correlation to past Ninth Circuit court decisions and this particular case?

You know the basic issue, do you really need to read the decision to know where you would stand on it?

I heard on a radio talk show today that the Chief judge of the Ninth Ciruit is married to a past president of the American Civil Liberties Union. (4th or 5th husband.)

If this ruling is upheld at the SC level you can count on our currency being revised, (no more "In God We Trust") no prayer before Senate or Congressional sessions, as well as the elimination of military chaplains and priests.
