I'm long ELN from 13 down to just under 9. The only uncertainty that can justify the present price is the result of the SEC inquiry, and I can't help but wonder if the price reflects informed knowledge of the state of the discussions.

I'm willing to forgo gains if the SEC closes the enquiry with no action, but will hold off adding to my position (except as a trade) until then.
