True. Business investment is the real weak link here. I thought the tax breaks for individuals was going to be less effective than a business break, but I can see how that's hard to sell on Capitol Hill when the little guys are losing their jobs. It was better than nothing, though. Also, I always believe in tax breaks for the individual, because I think our government is too inefficient with our tax dollars. The way to shut down deficits is not to tax the individual to death. That's a red herring. Don't let those stupid congressmen fool you into thinking that. The way to shut down deficits is to stop spending on pork like farm subsidies, saving the spotted owl, and erecting new multimillion dollar monuments to some unkown guy from 50 years ago.
