It seems to me that the previous President, who set the stage and standard of behavior with, "It depends on what the meaning of 'is' is," and, "I did not have sex with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky," deserves much of the credit for the lack of ethical standards... not to mention credit for the growing number of children who engage in oral sex and believe it's not sex because they were told by the (former) President that it isn't.

This guy must be schizophrenic. Bush's various security scams and insider trades are a matter of public record - it was all his father could do to keep junior out of serious jail time. Bush is about as "upset about a meltdown in business ethics" as Timothy Leary is upset about drug use.

Bush pontificating about business ethics isn't as funny as Clinton making speeches about family values - but it's getting closer and closer....
