All true, every word: Message 17670200 Here's another one... Germany has taxes on dividends paid to foreigners. Amazingly EVERY share in the DAX ends up in Germany on dividend date.... authorities checking into it. :) And... my alma matter [blush, embarrassed] CSFB got kicked out of Japan [even though I'm sure they followed THE LETTER of the law like all these folks do]... KICKED OUT for structuring deals for Japanese banks to puke out loans at deep losses without showing it on the books. Derivatives are wondrous.... and EVERY major I-bank is doing it sadly.. [at least the big names]. DAK
