Well, I hope so... they're the ones who held no cash to try to keep up with the Joneses fund and got themselves buried despite knowing FULL WELL the market was overvalued.... what a crock.

frankly, i vote for punishing the moron institutional investors who owned these friggin' stocks. nobody forced you to buy WCOM, arse-hole; look in the god-damn mirror when apportioning blame.
