OT -- warning -- involves fundamentals not just charts

it is a combination of things

1) No pain recovery from lows on Wed

2) Action of the vix/vxn

3) equity p/c's on thurs

4) the dollar -- which I think today is actually having a "legitimate" bounce

5) action in bonds the last 4 - 6 weeks being at odds with what we are being told concerning the restart of economic activity

But especially the context in which these things happened.
The string of failures and how these are piling up and the quick response of government officials.

All these things together for me pt to the possibility of a market event. I don't regard what happened on Wed as anything other than a continuation in a pattern that has been going on for weeks ... real even to come??

These are my opinions only -- low prob play, but high pot reward, IMO. Worth a shot for me. It's been a real good year for me and I can afford to be wrong and try again some other month.
