Intent. Proving intent. Proving intent to puff current earnings to defraud investors and gain bank loans. Proving fraud...... I'd say that was going to be hard, absent a railroading, or direct witnesses to stand up and say that was the intent. Maybe Sidgmore's new financing vehicle can be suing all the talking heads and media outlets who have already convicted them of the Fraud. GE has lots of money. I don't remember CNBS saying "may" have committed fraud. They said "did" commit........
