I'm politicians on either side of the aisle carry sleaze in these matters. Start with passing laws pertaining to accountants being responsible to shareholders and set some standards. The accountant and Lawyers lobby is pretty strong... term limitations and contribution limitations are next. Then throw a bunch of them in jail...
