Ray... have you ever ridden a bicycle at 30 degrees below zero? If you want people to use mass transportation - then oil is going to have to retail at a much higher price - maybe you and your tax and spend liberal friends can arrange this? The way I see it, having a bunch of bearded freaks on recumbent bicycles holding up traffic on a nice summer day - ain't the answer.

BTW, have you shaved lately?
