It is too trivial to rise to the level of "establishment of religion". And it is inherently divisive. You cannot validate the feelings of the majority by ignoring the issue of judicial tyranny. Someone's ox will be gored. This is not a splittable difference, insofar as the majority clearly does not wish to relinquish the offending phrase. As I have said before, in such a case, as long as no fundamental right of the minority is violated, the majority is supposed to prevail........
