Hopefully, there is no more new Capex simply to improve QOS. That is the big unknown. If the marginal capex needed is high for a marginal customer, then LWIN model may not work at all. Nobody on this thread or the Yahoo thread has really addressed this issue. The only good sign has been that Capex has been under budget in the last quarter.

Is it fair to say that management has shown no inclination toward data services (targeted at the 56K landline market)?

That is my impression--seems like it would be a great addition though.
