The Constitution of the United States includes what is referred to as the bill of rights. It is as legal and binding any part of the Constitution. As are all amendments. That is the Constitution of the United States that thinking and or honest folks make reference to. MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION speaks to a particular religion. And PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE of RELIGION also deals with all particular religions.
