In this market, I wouldn't go with management that pushes through a reverse split. Unfortunately, it may get to a quarter even before the split given the bear market.

Darn. Shoulda' taken that bet!

I keep checking this thing and all I ever see is drip, drip, drip. I doubt they'll be in business by the time they get around to the reverse.

Another example of management helping shareholders by killing them. The 50% decline since my post to you was not too hard to predict. Will this company come back?

1/8 reverse split - means stock theoretically now trades for $2. My guess is it will head back close to $1.25-$1.50, which is roughly 15-18 cents pre-reverse-split.

Why isn't the company doing anything to bolster the stock? I noticed that even though they did a 1/8 reverse, the authorized shares only came down in half. Perhaps they intend to reward their management team with more shares and options. Wouldn't surprise me.
