The American flag should be displayed in all school classrooms, both public and private! Way back in the 1970s, I used to raise the flag on top of the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company's headquarters in New Jersey, and we would get our heads handed to us if we did not treat the flag properly and with much respect. Now that same building no longer does that, or even has a flagpole for that matter! (someone probably complained) We are so timid about offending anyone, we bend over backwards trying to please everyone, except the majority of course....
