Shareholders who don't want to lose money and know their stock is absurdly overvalued. Traders, foreigner's, etc >> Among the 20 or so relatives or friends where sometimes the subject of stocks comes up, not one person has sold a single share of stock or fund. Most have stopped buying. But no one has sold. And that's why you do not have capitulation at bear market bottoms. Capitulation doesn't mean everyone sells except you. You guys are so far from capitulation it's absurd to even think about the word.
