I don't buy it. Smart companies like comcast and cox are charging $45 a month for broadband access. they don't do stupid things like build it for $xxx.xx and sell it for $xx.xx. They are adding tens of thousands of customers a month. They aren't in business to throw money away. All the things they need to do can be outsourced and in your own words, there is EXCESS capacity, i.e. a buyers market. Your argument just makes no logical sense and you haven't really proved your case.
