JSwanson--Get what? Get the real reason that those firms to downgrade CHKP at such a low level? I think that everyone in the Street knew what the game rules are: Upgrade at the top and downgrade at the bottom. It's the rule! Are those risks that JP Morgan mentioned true? Yes, they are. Take a look at the 20F that you just received. The risks listed there have been there since the day one that the company founded. A bad last month of a quarter? A bad next half? A bad next year? Or a hopeless future? Anybody can say so at anytime. Net security landscape to be reshaped? May be, may be not. When situations getting worse, everyone in the sector faces the same. Yes, net security sector is a highly competitive battle field, especially other sectors slowed down even worse. Newly joined competitors may have to face more tough situations. Right now, the P/E for CHKP is only 10. Let's assume the next half CHKP will be only make half that we expected. It will still give us a P/E at 15. Have funs on the Street! Party every day!
