DiB: First: The logical (fiduciary) thing to do when cash exceeds sales (and in this market MARCAP approaches cash) is to buy back stock. Second: I was wildly speculating as to what I thought the (all perfectly legal I might add) temptations of highly stressed management might be. I have no basis to suggest any of it will happen. But it could. I was also trying to make the point that I think the JDSU management is 100% on the up and up. JMHO -Own
