OS,
what I meant was that most likely management has nothing to cash out, because all options under water. Their salaries are quite substantial, and there is no way they just quit.
Also, some of them (management) may have some pride and long-term vision to stick around and turn this ship to better winds...

As for stock buyback, I'd rather see them conserve cash. Don't forget, their are not cash flow positive, and need make their debt payments...

Kevin Kalkoven sucked $100 Million out of this turkey. Jozef Strauss sucked $150 Million while allowing he'd misplaced $50 Billion, somehow.
